Israeli forces detain woman at southern Bethlehem checkpoint

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces on Thursday evening detained a Palestinian woman at a checkpoint south of Bethlehem city in the southern occupied West Bank.

The woman, whose identity remained unknown, was detained by Israeli forces at the al-Nashash checkpoint in southern Bethlehem.

Sourcers told Ma’an that she was a university student, and was taken to an unknown location.

The reason for her arrest remained unknown.
