Palestinian child dies of electric shock in Gaza

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- A Palestinian child died on Saturday of electric shock, on the second day of the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha, in the northern Gaza Strip.

Locals said Hanin Abu Shaqfa, 13, from Jabaliya town succumbed to wounds sustained after suffering from an electric shock.

It was unclear from reports the circumstances around the incident.
