EL-ARISH, Egypt (Ma'an) -- Egyptian forces arrested two Eritrean migrants trying to enter Israel on Wednesday, a security official said.

The migrants, aged 19 and 20, were found by Egyptian police near the Kerem Shalom south of Gaza. The 20-year-old had been shot in the arm two weeks ago by Egyptian soldiers when trying to enter Israel, the Egyptian official said.

Both men showed signs of torture and were taken to hospital in Rafah for treatment, the official added.
