HEBRON (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces shot and injured a Palestinian youth, and detained two others during predawn raids in the southern occupied district of Hebron on Tuesday.

Locals said that Israeli forces raided the Hebron district and detained one Palestinian identifying him as Saif Bassam Murtada, 30.

Sources added that following the detention, clashes broke out in the Jabal Abu Rumman area between Palestinian youths and Israeli force; Israeli soldiers opened fire injuring one youth identified as Ahmad Abed Abu Aisha, in the leg.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces detained another Palestinian, Sharhabil Nassar Khalil al-Mukharza, after they raided, thoroughly searched his home and confiscated two cars belonging to him.
