Palestinian brothers and mother detained by Israeli forces in predawn raids

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained at least 15 Palestinians during predawn search and detention raids on Wednesday in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, according to local sources.

In the northern West Bank, Israeli forces raided the Nablus-area village of Asira al- Shamaliya, and detained two Palestinians identified as former prisoner Muhammad Omar al-Shuli and Badr Hamadneh.

Four Palestinians were detained from the district of Qalqiliya, including two brothers and their mother.

In the Qalqiliya-area town of Azzun, Muhannad Farouq Abu Haniyeh was detained by Israeli forces.

Meanwhile in Qalqiliya city, brothers Mahmoud and Qassi Nael Mwafi and their mother were detained by Israeli forces.

In the Salfit district, Ali Maher al-Qadi and Muhammad Mufid Zeidan were detained from the Deir Istiya village.

In the Issawiya town of occupied East Jerusalem, Muhammad Zakariya Elayyan, Saleh Abu Assab, Qusai Dari, Ahmad Saad Mustafa, Muhammad Thaer Mahmoud, Ali Amjad Attiyeh and Anas Ali Dirbas were detained.
