Israeli forces arrest Palestinian who tried to cross from Gaza into Israel

BETHLEHEM (Ma’an) -- Israeli army forces arrested a Palestinian man on Monday night, after the man allegedly “infiltrated” southern Israel.

An Israeli army spokesperson told Ma’an that the man was apprehended “at the point of infiltration,” and that he was carrying a knife with him.

The spokesperson said the man, whose identity remained unknown, was taken for questioning.
