Medics: Israeli settler lightly wounded in alleged Nablus car attack

Nov. 23, 2015 1:02 P.M. (Updated: Nov. 24, 2015 10:10 A.M.)
BETHLEHEM (Ma’an) -- An Israeli settler was lightly wounded after an alleged car attack near the illegal settlement of Shavei Shomron north of Nablus on Monday, Israeli medics said.

The Magen David Adom ambulance service said medics treated a victim for "mild" injuries after the hit-and-run.

The Israeli army said a driver "rammed" his vehicle at a pedestrian near Nablus, lightly injuring them. They said the driver fled the scene, and Israeli forces were searching the area for him.

It was not initially clear whether the hit-and-run was intentional or an accident.
