300 Gazans pray at Al-Aqsa Mosque in East Jerusalem

Sept. 11, 2015 11:18 A.M. (Updated: Sept. 11, 2015 11:19 A.M.)
GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- Hundreds of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip headed to East Jerusalem via the Erez crossing on Friday to pray at the Al-Aqsa Mosque, the Palestinian liaison office said.

Three hundred Palestinians over 50 made the weekly visit, which has become routine since October 2014 when some 500 Palestinians in Gaza prayed at the mosque for the first time since 2007.
