RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces shot and injured five Palestinian teenagers with 0.22 caliber bullets in clashes that broke out Friday near al-Jalazone refugee camp in northern Ramallah.

One teenager was shot twice in the chest twice and seriously injured. Another was hit in the mouth, and the other three in the lower extremities.

Palestinians threw rocks and empty bottles at Israeli forces who chased them down by the Beit El settlement located nearby the camp.
