Israeli forces detain 20 Palestinians in Beit Ummar over 24 hours

HEBRON (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained 20 Palestinians from Beit Ummar near Hebron in the past 24 hours, a local committee spokesman said.

Muhammad Ayad Awad told Ma'an that Israeli soldiers detained Mahmoud Abu Dayyeh, 24, and Khaled Ahmad Ikhleil, 24, overnight after raiding their homes.

On Wednesday, 18 Palestinians were detained in the town.
