Jewish vandals attack vehicles, spray graffiti in East Jerusalem

Jan. 14, 2015 10:01 A.M. (Updated: Jan. 16, 2015 9:55 P.M.)
JERUSALEM (Ma'an) -- Jewish extremists on Wednesday morning punctured the tires of 11 vehicles in the Palestinian neighborhood of Beit Safafa in East Jerusalem, witnesses said.

Residents of al-Izzah Street in Beit Safafa were surprised when they left their homes to go to work to find that 11 vehicles had their tires punctured and were sprayed with hate graffiti in Hebrew.

George Zambil, whose vehicle was attacked, told Ma'an that all four tires of his car and the other vandalized vehicles were punctured.

The cars, he said, belong to the Ulayyan, al-Ashhab and al-Nabir families in addition to his own. He said that the attack was not the first of its kind in his neighborhood.
