In East Jerusalem, Israeli police detained eight men from Shufat refugee camp, Ras al-Amud, al-Tur, and Jabal al-Mukabbir.

Israeli forces also raided the home of local Fatah leader Sami Abu Ghaliya. They inspected his home and car, with no detentions reported.

Israeli forces also detained Musab Balasma, 24, at the Zaatara checkpoint near Nablus, Turki Qattan, 32, in Jenin, and Ahmad Ali al-Darbi east of Jenin.

An Israeli army spokesman said five Palestinians were detained in Bethlehem and Ramallah.
