Report: Abbas, Netanyahu met in Amman before Gaza truce

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- President Mahmoud Abbas and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met in Amman days before the Gaza ceasefire was announce, Jordan's al-Ghad newspaper reported Thursday.

The Jordanian daily did not provide details about what the senior officials discussed during the secret meeting.
