Israeli airstrike near Palestine Stadium in Gaza City leaves 1 dead

GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- An Israeli airstrike on a car near the Palestine Stadium in western Gaza City left the driver dead and several injured.

A Ma'an reporter in Gaza quoted eyewitnesses as saying that a fire broke out in the car after it was hot directly by an Israeli missile.

The driver was killed instantly and a number of bystanders were injured.
