Nablus man hit by settler vehicle as he crossed road

NABLUS (Ma'an) -- A young Palestinian man was injured Wednesday night after he was hit by an Israeli settler's vehicle near Zaatara military checkpoint south of Nablus in the northern West Bank.

Sources in the Palestinian Red Crescent told Ma’an that Nimir Muhammad Abu Eishah, 32, from the village of Beit Wazan sustained moderate to serious wounds.

He was hit by an Israeli vehicle while he was crossing the main road near Zaatara checkpoint.

The victim was evacuated to Rafidia governmental hospital in Nablus.
