Bethlehem-area high school student dies suddenly

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- A young woman died at a high school near Bethlehem early Tuesday, an official said.

Nisreen Amr, director of the ministry of education's Bethlehem office, told Ma'an that student Fatima Ali al-Urouj died in the schoolyard of Tuqu Secondary Girls' School east of Bethlehem.

Al-Urouj suffered a sudden episode of a neurological dysfunction and was taken to a medical clinic in the village of Tuqu where she was pronounced dead.
