Haniyeh advisor: Abbas to visit Gaza if unity government formed

GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- Gaza Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh's advisor Issam al-Daalees expects president Mahmoud Abbas to visit the Gaza Strip if the unity government is formed in the next five weeks, as agreed upon on Wednesday as part of a national reconciliation agreement.

Al-Daalees told al-Rai news agency that "if the unity government is formed, it is expected of Abbas to visit Gaza."
