Activist: Palestinian detained in Hebron

HEBRON (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces on Tuesday evening arrested a young Palestinian in the Wadi al-Harya area in Hebron.

Thaer Nabil Ghannam, 18, was beaten and arrested as he returned from work in Wadi al-Harya area, coordinator for the international solidarity movement Imad al-Atrash said.

Ghannam was taken to Tal al-Rumaida, and then to a police station in Kiryat Arba settlement.
