Israeli forces detain 9 Palestinians in West Bank raids

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained nine Palestinians in the occupied West Bank overnight Wednesday, locals said.

Bashier Nasser Abed Rabu, 27, Muath Abu Nassar, 20, Nitham Mahmud Manasra, 27, and Anas Mahmud al-Sharief, 16, were arrested in Duheisha refugee camp in Bethlehem.

Manasra had previously spent four years in Israeli jails.

In Jenin, Israeli soldiers arrested three people in the town of Qabatiya after raiding several homes.

The men were identified as Mahmud Sharif Sabaneh, 26, Fathi Meri, 21, and Mahmud Hakam Awad, 19.
