Teenager shot, injured in Bethlehem

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- A teenager was shot and injured by Israeli forces in clashes near Rachel's Tomb north of Bethlehem, locals told Ma'an.

Witnesses said that the teen was shot with a live bullet in the foot and taken to Beit Jala governmental hospital for treatment.

A spokeswoman for the Israeli army did not return calls seeking comment.
