Medics: Teenager hurt by rubber-coated bullet

JERUSALEM (Ma'an) -- A teenager was injured after being shot in the head with a rubber-coated steel bullet on Tuesday in Qutna village northwest of Jerusalem.

Yousif Mahmoud Tawfiq Taha was shot while walking near Israel’s wall.

He was taken to Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah.

Medics said the victim was in serious condition and undergoing an MRI.

An Israeli army spokeswoman did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
