Oct. 20, 2013 4:08 P.M. (Updated: Oct. 20, 2013 9:42 P.M.)
BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Twenty-six Israelis were injured Sunday as a passenger bus flipped over near the settlement of Gush Etzion south of Bethlehem, Israeli police said.

The bus turned over on its way to Jerusalem from the Gush Etzion area.

Israeli police patrols and ambulances rushed to the scene, adding that one passenger sustained moderate wounds while all others suffered minor injuries.

Passengers could not smash the windows to escape due to the bus's bulletproof glass, members of the rescue team said.
