HEBRON (Ma'an) -- Seventeen people were injured and others suffered tear-gas inhalation on Tuesday in clashes between Palestinians and Israeli forces in the Bab al-Zawiya neighborhood in Hebron, a Ma'an reporter said.

Palestinians threw rocks at Israeli soldiers near al-Shuhada street and soldiers responded by firing tear gas, rubber-coated steel bullets, and stun grenades.

Sixteen people were struck with rubber-coated steel bullets, while one Palestinian was shot with a live bullet in the hand.
