Palestinian worker killed in Tel Aviv roof collapse

Sept. 11, 2013 2:49 P.M. (Updated: Sept. 12, 2013 6:38 P.M.)
TEL AVIV, Israel (Ma'an) -- A Palestinian worker was killed and five others injured on Wednesday after the roof of a building collapsed in Tel Aviv.

The unidentified worker was from Umm al-Fahm in northern Israel, a Ma'an correspondent said. The other five workers were transferred to a medical center in Tel Aviv.

Initial reports suggest that renovation work on the site caused the top floor to collapse on the workers, Ynet reported.
