Israeli forces detain 15 in West Bank arrest raids

HEBRON (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces detained 15 people overnight Sunday in the West Bank, locals and Israel's army said.

Israeli soldiers arrested Amir Adli al-Fakhouri in Hebron and detained Hani al-Klabini, 19, Mohammad al-Tbouq, 21, and Mahmud Assalya, 21, in Nablus.

Israeli forces also raided the al-Jabal al-Shamali area and detained Muneir Samih al-Najjar, 19, after raiding his home.

Clashes broke out in Nablus following the arrests, with one Palestinian wounded by shrapnel.

In the Bethlehem village of Tuqu, Israeli forces detained Mohammad Jamal al-Amour, 22, Mohammad Theib al-Amour, 19, Ahmad Samir al-Amour, 16, Khalil Imad al-Amour, 19, Mahmud Kamel Sabah, 20, and Mohammad Khalid Sabah, 19.

They also summoned Mohammad Ali Sabah, 19, to be interrogated by Israeli intelligence officials.

An Israeli army spokesman said 15 people were detained overnight, four in Nablus, three in Ramallah, six in Tuqu village near Bethlehem, one in Hebron and one in Jenin.
