Young man dies in Jericho road accident

JERICHO (Ma'an) -- A 33-year-old man died on Thursday in a road accident in Jericho, police said.

Muhammad Abu Srour was killed when the vehicle he was traveling in crashed into an iron railing on a main road in the West Bank city, police said in a statement.

The driver was injured and taken to the governmental hospital in Jericho.

Police are investigating the accident.
