Report: Palestinian student abducted in Pakistan

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- A Palestinian student was abducted this week in the Pakistani city of Hyderabad, local media said.

Pakistani police said that Muhammad Jamil Hania and Yousef Muhammad Daka were traveling on a motorcycle when unknown assailants forcibly kidnapped them, Geo TV reported.

The kidnappers later released Yousuf, who reported the incident at a local police station.

Police have begun a manhunt for the Muhammad Jamil Hania.

Both men were students at Mehran University of Engineering and Technology.
