Woman wounded in Gaza family brawl

GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- A 24-year-old woman was shot and injured during a brawl between families on Wednesday in the southern Gaza Strip, medics said.

Locals said the fight started between children in Rafah, and escalated. The woman was said to be inside her home when she was shot after a man opened fire indiscriminately.

She was taken to the Abu Yousef al-Najjar Hospital for treatment, where medics said her condition was not serious.
