In East Jerusalem's Abu Dis, forces raided the home of Nafez Jaffal and detained his sons Mahmoud, 15, and Muhammad, 14.

Several jeeps raided Abu Dis at 4.30 a.m. and searched the home before taking the teenage boys in their pajamas and without shoes, their father told Ma'an.

Jaffal, who spent five years in Israeli prisons, said his sons were terrified and that the Israeli troops treated them brutally.

A spokesman for Israel's border police did not return calls seeking comment.

Meanwhile, an Israeli army spokeswoman said soldiers arrested 12 Palestinians, including four from Burqin near Jenin, six from the Ramallah district, one from Urif near Nablus and another near Hebron.

She told Ma'an that they were taken for security questioning.

In Idhna, near Hebron, troops broke into and searched several homes belonging to members of the al-Tmeizi family. They filmed inside the homes and assaulted 45-yaer-old Yousef al-Tmeizi, 45, resident Raed al-Tmeizi told Ma'an.
