Gaza government to build new prison, official says

GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- Hamas authorities in Gaza are planning to build a new prison in the coastal territory, an official said Sunday.

Gaza government lawyer Ismail Jaber told Ma'an that rehabilitation centers in Gaza are overcrowded and the new prison will help improve conditions.
