Thousands join Friday prisoners march in Nablus

NABLUS (Ma’an) -- Thousands of people from Nablus participated in Friday prayers which they called “prisoners’ Friday” in solidarity with prisoners in Israeli jails, specifically hunger strikers.

This event was organized by the national committee to support prisoners in Nablus.

After prayers, people participated in a protest which walked around Nablus shouting in condemnation of the Israeli occupation and asking to release hunger strikers.

They called on people to participate in another protest on Monday on 11 a.m.
