Feb. 17, 2013 8:49 P.M. (Updated: Feb. 19, 2013 10:16 A.M.)
JERUSALEM (Ma’an) -- A Palestinian man was killed on Sunday when a bulldozer blade fell on him in a concrete factory north of Jerusalem.

Salah Hussain Abdullah Shabana, 20, from Sinjil town near Ramallah, was found dead at the site in Rafat, and evacuated by Palestinian medics.

Police said they had referred the driver to legal proceedings, but that initial investigations suggested the death was an accident.
