Elections commission deploys mobile teams to register voters

RAMALLAH (Ma'an) -- The Central Elections Commission has deployed mobile teams to schools in Gaza to cope with a high turnout of people registering to vote.

Over 116,000 voters have registered since Monday in the West Bank and Gaza, the commission said in a statement.

The commission has increased staff numbers at registration centers, which will be open Friday and Saturday, the local weekend.
