EL-ARISH, Egypt (Ma'an) -- Egyptian soldiers on Thursday seized an explosives store in a desert area south of Rafah in Sinai, near the Israeli border, an Egyptian military official said.

The official told Ma'an that forces seized seven rockets and nine missiles in al-Ajra after receiving a tip-off that smugglers were operating in the area.
