Jan. 7, 2013 5:25 P.M. (Updated: Jan. 8, 2013 2:44 P.M.)
GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- Two Palestinian refugees were shot dead on Monday by the Syrian army in Al-Yarmouk camp in Syria, activists said.

An activist from the camp told Ma’an that Ahmad Kousa was shot by Syrian troops and Rami Majdalawi was fatally hit by a sniper. Their bodies were taken to Palestine hospital.

Activists said clashes could be heard from the main street of the Damascus-area camp.
