BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- The Israeli army says soldiers detained eight Palestinians across the West Bank overnight Wednesday.

An Israeli military spokeswoman said four people were detained south of Nablus for throwing a Molotov cocktail. Three people were detained in Beit Sajjar, near Bethlehem, and one Palestinian was detained in Yabad, she said.

Palestinian security forces said Israeli soldiers detained two people in Yabad, brothers Jehad and Hayda Qabha.
