Minor earthquake recorded in south Israel

BETHLEHEM (Ma’an) -- A small earthquake was recorded in southern Israel on Monday, Israeli authorities said.

Police said the quake measured 3.9 on the Richter scale, and no injuries or damage was reported.

Police said they received calls from concerned residents in Eilat and Wadi Araba.
