16 wounded in Bethlehem, Salfit car accidents

SALFIT (Ma’an) -- Sixteen people were wounded in two separate car crashes in the West Bank on Thursday, civil defense officials said.

In the town of Marda, near Salfit, eight people were hurt when the driver lost control of the vehicle, they said.

Another crash took place in al-Ubeidiya, near Bethlehem, wounding another eight people.
