Israel army detains 16 across West Bank

NABLUS (Ma'an) -- Israeli forces arrested 16 people in the West Bank overnight Sunday, Israel's army and locals said.

Israeli forces raided Ein Beit el Mai camp in Nablus at dawn and arrested Rabee Abu Khalifa, 20, and Ahmad Abu Hmeidan, 21, locals told Ma'an.

An Israeli army spokeswoman said 16 people were arrested overnight, with nine detained in Nablus, two in Tulkarem, two in Nabi Saleh, one in Beit Khalil, one in Yatta and one in Tubas.
