Egypt's Mursi meets Islamic Jihad delegation in Cairo

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Egyptian president Muhammad Mursi met on Sunday with an Islamic Jihad delegation in Cairo, an official from the group said.

The delegation, headed by secretary-general Ramadan Abdullah Shallah, discussed ways to confront the the ongoing Israeli assault on the Gaza Strip, now in its fifth day.
