TEL AVIV, Israel (Ma'an) -- Four rockets were fired at southern Israel on Wednesday, reportedly from the Sinai peninsula, Israeli media reported.

Four rockets landed near the Egyptian border in the Eshkol regional council, Israeli news site Ynet reported.

No injuries or damage was reported.

An Israeli army spokeswoman said one rocket shell was found in the Eshkol regional council. It is not yet known where the rocket was fired from, she added.
