Veteran Fatah leader dies in Jordan

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- Fatah leader and former Central Committee member Hani al-Hassan died in Jordan on Friday.

Al-Hassan was a founding member of Fatah, and established a Fatah group in Germany in the 1960s.

He served as an adviser to late President Yasser Arafat, although he was a vocal critic of the Oslo Accords.
