Palestinian officials hold a news conference outside the Church of the Nativity in the West Bank city of Bethlehem on June 29, 2012. Palestinians on Friday celebrated the outcome of a vote by the UN's cultural agency UNESCO to add the ancient church and a nearby Christian pilgrimage route onto a list of world heritage sites, in a move that angered Israel and the United States.
