30-year-old dies after hit by truck near Hebron

HEBRON (Ma'an) -- A young Palestinian man was killed after being hit by a truck near Hebron on Wednesday, medics said.

Mahmoud Hassan Ibrahim Tarayrah, 30, was walking in Bani Naim, east of Hebron, when the truck collided with him and dragged him into a wall, director of the Red Crescent crisis unit Nasser Qaabaja told Ma’an.

Tarayrah was killed instantly and Red Crescent medics transferred his body to the Hebron governmental hospital, he added.

Police representatives said they are investigating the incident.
