BETHLEHEM (Ma’an) -- A group of young protesters demonstrated in Bethlehem on Thursday to show support for prisoners on hunger strike, a Ma'an correspondent said.

The demonstration was a youth initiative to support prisoners in their battle for dignity and freedom, protesters told Ma'an.

Demonstrators wore black clothes and carried the Palestinian flag.
