Israeli troops detain at least 7 in West Bank

QALQILIA (Ma’an) -- Israeli forces detained at least seven Palestinians overnight Tuesday, according to security officials.

Soldiers raided several homes in Sanniriya village near Qalqiliya, before seizing Abdul Karim Abu Hajla, 25, witnesses told Ma'an.

An Israeli army spokeswoman said two people were detained in both Zatara and Husan, near Bethlehem, two others in al-Bireh, and one person in Kobar.
