Feb. 20, 2012 6:57 P.M. (Updated: Feb. 21, 2012 10:49 A.M.)
RAMALLAH (Ma’an) -- Israeli undercover forces abducted a man from the West Bank city of Al-Bireh on Monday, locals told Ma'an.

Two private cars stopped at the entrance of the Palestinian Red Crescent association before Israeli agents seized Omar Abu Rwayyis, 23, who works as a security guard, they said.

Abu Rwayyis is also the goalkeeper in Al-Amaari football club, one of the West Bank's best teams.

An Israeli army spokesman said he was not aware of the incident.
