8-year-old boy dies after being hit by car

HEBRON (Ma’an) -- An eight-year-old boy was killed in Hebron on Sunday night after being knocked down by a jeep, police said.

Faraj al-Karaki was hit by the car in the Wadi al-Qadi area of south Hebron.

Ambulance crews did their best to save the child, police said, but he died at the scene.
