PA: Winter time begins Friday at midnight

BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- The Palestinian Authority announced late Thursday that clocks will be set back one hour on Friday at midnight, the official PA news agency Wafa reported.

Israel will also return to standard time over the weekend, as clocks reset one hour backwards at 2 a.m. between Saturday and Sunday, news reports said Tuesday.
