GAZA CITY (Ma'an) -- The Ministry of Detainees in the Gaza Strip said Monday that Israeli authorities have released Yazid Al-Huweihi from Beit Hanoun, northern Gaza, after five years in jail.

Al-Huweihi was detained by Israeli forces in 2006 after a raid on his home in the Gaza Strip.
